Customer Support Analyst


A Customer Support Analyst keen to work in Quality Control is required by our Automotive Technology client near Warrington. A salary of £20k is available for this role.

As Customer Support Analyst you will provide technical knowledge and assistance to customer in order troubleshoot issues and ensure quality control for vehicle photographic imaging.

You will be trained on quality control and taught how to use very in depth and specific image standards to inspect vehicle images using a computer and custom software to enforce rigorous manufacturer brand guidelines.  

The successful Customer Support Analyst individual will interact directly with existing clients, providing quality customer service, handling enquiries and offering solutions and updates. You will perform administrative functions by updating client accounts and processing customer correspondence.

An interest in cars and the automotive industry would be of benefit, but not a necessity. Excellent written communications skills are essential.
