Are you a Handyman, Caretaker or Maintenance person looking for a field-based role? A company van will be provided, so you must have a driving licence. You will be provided with a fuel card, company credit card and a company mobile phone. You must be hard-working and enjoy a general maintenance role!
A Handyman is required for a property management company based in the Birmingham area. An hourly wage of up to £8.50 is offered, depending on experience.
You will work remotely, visiting property estates providing general maintenance. The role will include general cleaning, gardening, emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, reporting any damage, general repairs etc.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am-4pm.
