Role Overview
A Helpdesk Support Engineer is required for a large technology company based in Uxbridge. A salary of up to £27,000 is offered, depending on experience.

You will be required to help support customer on technical issues they have with equipment such as printers and photocopiers.

If you have previous experience in supporting technical issues, this will be highly advantageous. You will join a small team who are very busy, so will need to enjoy the fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day role will operate on a ticketing system.

Skills Required
The Helpdesk Support Engineer will ideally have the following experience:

-          Previous experience supporting technical issues via telephone, Skype and email
-          A BTEC in IT would be highly advantageous
-          Excellent communication skills
