Operations / HR Administrator - Law - Richmond - 28k


This is an excellent opportunity for an individual from an HR and Operations management background to join a B2B online media, magazine publishing and conferences/events business based in Richmond 

The role will report to the CEO of the business, whilst being the main point of contact between all departments and the senior team. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the office including all administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the business. The ideal candidate will be a people person who is an influential individual who wants to put their own stamp on a business. 

This position has a variety of elements to it as it will cover HR duties such as assisting management with onboarding new employees whilst overseeing the smooth running of the company’s recruitment processes. Other areas of the role include general administration management and ensuring any IT software or hardware issues are supported.

CV Screen is recruiting for a leading organisation who have a strong brand within the legal sector. The company employ around 20 staff, have a great reputation and offer excellent prospects for their staff to take on additional responsibility.

Required skills / experience:

-          Experience in a similar role such as office / operations / HR management

-          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-          Previous experience of recruitment process such as creating job specifications, doing interviews and dealing with recruitment agencies

-          Good understanding of financial aspects of businesses such as invoicing and accounts related issues

-          Good knowledge of IT systems

-          A people person, as this is a very social role

Salary:

Basic salary to £28k + Excellent benefits such as a Gym Membership
