IT Helpdesk Engineer
We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Helpdesk or Support professional to come our client in the healthcare industry based in Loughton, Essex. The successful candidate would have the responsibility of providing first line helpdesk support via phone and remote access software.
We are on the lookout for a savvy IT professional who has a minimum of six to twelve months experience within industry. You will be assisting with daily operations such as backup checks, building and configuring client machines and producing performance reports.
It is crucial for the role that the post holder has a good basic understanding of core networking concepts along with good fault finding and diagnostics skills. The successful candidate all needs some hands-on experience working with Microsoft Technologies such as Windows, Windows Server, Office and Office 365.
Responsibilities / Skills required:
- Provide first Line Help-desk support via phone and remote access software
- Walk customers through the problem-solving process
- Basic understanding of core networking concepts
- Good fault finding and diagnostics skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid UK driving license + access to own vehicle
- Some hands-on experience working with Microsoft Technologies such as Windows, Windows
