An IT Support Analyst is required to provide support for various UK clients by our Managed Service Provider client based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. A salary of up to £23,000 is available for the right applicant.
The IT Support Analyst will support clients as a technical point of contact responsible for troubleshooting network infrastructure and Windows Operating Systems. You will have a good knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and resolving issues for hardware and software meeting SLAs and keep standards to a high level.

Our client is an expanding organisation offering Business Services and IT Solutions for a variety of clients based locally to Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
- Strong customer services experience
- Previous IT Support preferably in a Microsoft environment
- Some experience supporting Windows Desktop and Server
