IT Support Analyst

An IT Support Analyst with 1st line support skills who is looking to progress their IT career and join a rewarding employer would be interested in working for our client based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. A salary of £24,000 basic is available.
The role of the IT Support Analyst is to provide day to-day support for users across a range of Microsoft Operating Systems covering software, hardware and network support across multiple sites. You will have a background in 1st and 2nd line Service Desk Support and experience working to SLAs and preferably in an ITIL service management environment. Basic networking experience with TCP/IP and DNS / DHCP is desirable.
Our client is in the process of rolling out Windows 10 and upgrading from Windows 7 as well as completing a rollout of Office 365 so some experience in these technologies would be highly advantageous as well as some knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM.
- Strong 1st line support and user support
- Good Windows 7 and Windows 10 knowledge
- SCCM skills are highly desirable
Who will suit this role?
This is a role for a IT Support Analyst with good Windows Operating Systems experience. You will be based from offices near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, but maybe required to travel to site, so driving licence is preferred.
Basic salary to £24,000 basic and shift allowance plus pension.
