An IT Support Technician is required by our Legal client in London. A salary of up to £28k is available dependent upon experience.
The IT Support technician will take on support for a busy and professional legal firm to provide end user support and training, manage the conference room AV and video conferencing equipment as well as maintain the IT Asset register.
The IT Support Technician will work alongside an external Managed Service Provider in the resolution of hardware and software issues, installation and upgrade of systems as well as recovery and restore. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise time between fault resolution for Senior Stakeholders, testing and securing systems and overseeing security measures.
The successful applicant will ideally have some Citrix experience as well as solid Windows 7/10 and O365 experience within an ITIL environment. You will be required for ad hoc projects and work in an autonomous subject matter expert role.
You will be a quick learner and used to working in small teams as well as understand how to take responsibility and have thick skin in difficult situations.
- Windows Operating systems support (Windows 7/10 / O365)

Basic salary from £24k to £28k plus benefits.
