Are you an all-round Office Manager / PA based in SW London?
If so, we have an excellent opportunity to join a superb organisation based near to Richmond.
In this varied role, you will provide a mix of Office Management, Finance, HR, Events and general PA / administrative duties. You will join an organisation of around 20 staff where you will be given the opportunity to grow and develop your career within a friendly company who value their team.
Your duties will range from interviewing candidates, setting up new starters on the HR / IT systems, to organising staff events, assisting with the processing the monthly payroll and you will most certainly be kept busy!
- Proven Office Management experience
- Excellent organisational skills (potentially as a PA / Personal Assistant)
- Basic bookkeeping/finance skills would be useful.
- Strong IT skills (any knowledge of Dropbox or Salesforce would be useful).
