Role Overview

An Operations Manager with experience bringing about process improvement and systems improvements is required by an interesting and well-established company based from Waterlooville, Hampshire. A salary of up to £35,000 is available.


The Operations Manager is a will have strong staff management skills and will appreciate the intricacies of improving processes for output and service levels. You will be a strong man manager as well as having experience managing projects to improve warehousing systems and/or IT systems.


The Operations Manager will have a structure background and possible knowledge of ISO9001. Your knowledge should be in assisting business growth and definition as well as identifying issues and troubleshooting. Fleet management and warehousing experience is extremely useful background knowledge.



You will have the chance to join a successful and accredited business which employs 30 staff in the UK. The Company are over 40 years old and have an excellent reputation for hiring & developing highly qualified staff and for the quality of their customer service.

Basic salary to 35,000 + Bonus



Office based near Waterlooville / Portsmouth / Hampshire

Commute from: Fareham / Chichester / Petersfield / Southampton / Sussex / Hampshire
