Sales Support Administrator

Are you an experienced Sales Support Administrator with experience in a B2B environment? Have you dealt with large business contracts and have excellent customer services experience? CV Screen may have the role for you!
A Sales Support Administrator is required for a well-known IT company based in Uxbridge. A salary of up to £28,000 is offered, depending on experience.
You will be required to respond, and resolve enquires, complaints and requests that have been escalated. You will be required to follow procedures and processes but ensure you can also ‘think outside the box’ and adapt the process for challenging enquiries.
You will monitor the order process to identify and explore opportunities to improve processes. You will ensure contracts are priced correctly.
You will need to have previous experience in managing ongoing contracts. Excellent customer service skills will be imperative for this role as well as a logistical mindset.
